The arbitration shall take place exclusively in Lleida County, Cataluña at JAMS before a retired judge and shall be governed by Spanish law without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Lifeswingers.com 's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
